At Nirocart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products
- Hygiene-related products
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Nirocart will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
